Registered Manager - Brand new service - 3 bed EBD Children's home - Nottingham - up to £45k

Hampton's Resourcing are proud to be working exclusively with a Specialist Children's Residential Services provider to help them source a highly experienced Registered Manager to assist with the opening of a BRAND-NEW service

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experience Registered Manager looking to take on full autonomy in building the service from the ground up Supporting a company with an incredible ethos and vision to inspire Children and young adults andempower their values.

Main responsibilities and duties:


  • Full autonomy of setting up the service with the opportunity to mould the home.
  • Responsibility for the management of safeguarding children and young people, risk, and service governance.
  • Following robust and highquality reporting and recording procedures.
  • Ensure that children and have access to services which meet their health, education, social, psychological, and emotional needs, and wellbeing.
  • Monitor outcomes and progress for children in accordance with their care plans.
  • Management supervision, reviewing and monitoring standards, and practice development.
  • Reviewing care and service plans to ensure care is being delivered effectively.
  • Working with commissioners, local authorities, and health practitioners.

Experience and qualifications:


  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare (or willing to work towards).
  • Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working in children's residential.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Registered Manager in an Ofsted regulated home.
