Cluster HR Executive - Clayton Belfast

We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Cluster HR Executive at two of Belfast's most sucessful hotels, Clayton Belfast and Maldron Belfast City.

Objective of the Role
Reporting to the HR Managers, the HR executive will provide support to the people operations of both hotels. They will also support in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and training & development of our talented employees.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Lead / Support recruitment and selection for the hotel.
Drive Training and Development for employees of the hotel.
Support HR Administrative duties.
Be a trusted advisor to the hotel management team.

Requirements:

- minimum 18 months experience in Human resources.

Hospitality experience would be an advantage.
HR qualification would be an advantage
Experience or exposure to Recruitment and Selection.
Ability to drive Training and Development and drive succession planning.
Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desired but not essential
