We currently operate from our 4 branches; Middlesbrough, Acklam, Yarm and Sunderland.

At
Ashbrookes Estate Agents, we're looking for a highly motivated
Estate Agent to join as a
Senior Negotiator for our brand new estate agency in Yarm.

Salary £20k - £25k - OTE £25,000 - Uncapped commissions

A quick look at the role
In this role you will be dealing with sales and lettings whilst maintaining the highest level of customer service. You will be building report with new and existing client's face to face or over the phone.

The main purpose of the role is to agree sales & progress sales through to exchange and completion, generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings and deal with lettings negotiations.

Provide market insight and expert advice and secure new instructions.
Sales and lettings progression
Build relationships with Vendors to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
Actively pursue and identify new business to grow the register.
Prepare property details and write descriptions.
Arrange photographs and floorplans.
Administer sales progression

Skills and experience required

Preferably an experienced Sales Negotiator looking for a role within a leading Estate Agency Business or someone in Sales who would like to get into Estate Agency
Outstanding customer care / customer service experience
Resilient, positive and organised
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A Full UK driving licence holder

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
