We are hiring for a client relationship administrator that is experienced in general administration and comes from a financial services background in the Market Harborough area.

This is an office based role and you will be joining a passionate, high-performingteam looking to provide the best client services.

Duties of a Client Relationship administrator

Reporting to the Manager, you will be responsible for:
Maintaining accurate information on the CRM System

Dealing with inbound and outbound client enquiries

Record-keeping

Processing new business/completing transactions

Adhoc administration tasks

Skills and experience of a Client Relationship administrator

As a relationship administrator, you need to have experience with;
Working as an administrator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Quick thinking and able to work on own initiative.

It would be beneficial to the administration role if you also had;
Previous administration experience within a financial services environment.

Experience with St James's Place
