Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you

We are looking to expand our team at TTE and currently have a vacancy for a
Parts Warehouse Assistant, based in our Oldbury operation.


Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible receiving instructions, identifying part numbers required, picking, packing and processing orders through to our delivery teams.

Assisting the Team to achieve high first-time pick rate targets and levels of customer satisfaction, whilst ensuring to all Company processes and procedures are followed and adhered to correctly.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurately picking individual parts from specified warehouse locations in accordance with company procedures in a timely manner
  • Packing parcels using appropriate packing materials for dispatch.
  • Coordinating driver deliveries and schedules
  • Servicing all front counter customer enquiries
  • Checking off orders that arrive and placing stock into its allocated location.
  • Undertaking perpetual stock checks to minimise stock issues and maximise customer satisfaction.
  • General safety and housekeeping of storage areas
  • Current counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
  • Experience in a similar parts warehouse/ stores environment (motor factor/ dealership).
  • Current Driving Licence, valid in the UK
  • Proven ability to work using own initiative, to strict timescales.
  • The ability to prioritise workload and be proactive in decision making.
  • Ability to communicate well with other team members.
  • Demonstrate commitment, reliability and good timekeeping.
