Description
My client based in Aylesbury is looking for a Finance Officer/ Sales Ledger to join their Accounts department. You will be responsible for maintaining day to day financial operations to ensure smooth running of the department.Duties will include:
- Sales Ledger, including the production and monitoring of sale invoices
- Processing items including sales receipts, debtor invoices and all other items affecting the cashbook
- Ensuring all sales transactions are coded correctly for VAT purposes
- Chasing debtor payments
- To assist with monthly reconciliations of control accounts and bank statement
- To assist in the preparation of cash flow reports
