TM Group, we have an exciting opportunity role for a
Marketing Executive (Digital) to join our marketing team to support the Digital Marketing Manager to plan, deliver and evolve the digital marketing strategy and tactical campaigns, ensuring integration with all offline activities to deliver against business objectives, increasing leads and revenue targets.


This role is full-time Monday to Friday, home-based but will need to be able to attend meetings and training events at our Head Office in Swindon, with a salary bracket of £25,000-£30,000.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Scheduling the social media calendar while proactively suggesting improvements to our digital approach to improve results
  • Execution of digital campaigns (e.g. targeted event and product eshots, monthly newsletters, customer satisfaction surveys and industry research) to deliver business KPIs
  • Social media activities; interacting with customers, prospects and communities across our social media platforms to develop our networks and engagement in key channels.
  • Support our customer nurture and prospect incubation programmes in a manner that leads to opportunities and revenue creation for the business.
  • Providing customer insight to the business by monitoring, analysing and proactively reporting on the progress of customer engagement activities, research and campaign performance,
  • Drive online traffic to the company website and improving the usability, design, content and conversion of the website utilising a range of techniques including SEO and PPC knowledge of WordPress or similar CMS advantageous
  • Knowledge sharing on the latest digital tools and techniques with colleagues across the sales and marketing teams to create greater efficiencies and ROI
  • Generating new ideas and initiatives to keep improving and evolving the digital strategy
  • Assisting in the design, writing and editing of various sales and marketing materials such as sales toolkits, presentations, posters, brochures, videos, reports and whitepapers.
  • 4+ years experience in a marketing role with a minimum of 1 years' handson experience in B2B digital marketing activity, preferably professional services, software, technology or propertyrelated industry.
  • A proven track record in a digital marketing function with a commercial focus.
  • Experience working with lead generation and sales teams to incubate and nurture customers and prospects.
  • Familiarity with online branding, media and campaign management.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities; data management, interpretation, reporting and insight.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practice.
  • An ability to analyse and research problems and present wellwritten arguments for promoting and initiating actions or remedies.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and comprehensive time management skills.
  • Marketing qualification or Business degree preferred.
