The Role_


As a Trainee Chartered Accountant, you will embark on a comprehensive journey covering almost all aspects of accountancy and tax.

Unlike some firms, this approach involves immediate involvement in client affairs, a strategy that has proven to be highly effective in preparing trainees for the exam process.

While there is no auditing involved in the role, external training and exams will cover this aspect.

Training is delivered through a blend of on-the-job experience and third-party courses, incorporating both online and in-person sessions. The intention is to nurture and enhance the required skills progressively. They don't expect any prior knowledge, but a strong academic record is essential, demonstrating your potential for success.

The Offer_


In addition to a competitive salary of c£24k, this company operates a 4.5-day workweek for nine months of the year, allowing for a half-day on Fridays.

During busier periods in November, December, and January, the schedule reverts to a standard 5-day workweek. As a staff member, you will be entitled to up to 20 days of holiday (plus bank holidays).
