Urgently needed - 3 x Sales Order Processors

Hugely successful and thriving Global organisation in Abingdon needs bright, efficient Sales Order Processors to help clear a backlog of sales orders.

As the European HQ, language skills would be amazing, German, French, Polish, Czech or Hungarian but proficient English, spoken and written is essential.

Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills are required too.

Mon - Fri 37.5 hour week. £ £13.00 per hour paid weekly.

The Role:

Raising customer quotations, proformas and coordinate stock returns where required
Effectively provide the customer with answers for/of any order queries or offering solutions to the queries.
Manage backorder process to ensure customers are kept informed of any date changes.
Manage new account process and documentation required.
Ensure customer database is regularly updated and all information logged.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

GCSE or equivalent education passes in English and Math
Fluent written and spoken English is essential
Possess excellent IT skills, including experience of working with ERP/CRM platforms.
Excellent telephone manner with exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and second language
