Fleet Admin Assistant

Responsible to - Office Manager

Location - Sheffield, S6 1PG

Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with sending and receiving of post / parcels and distributing as necessary.
  • Checking and coding incoming deliveries / invoices.
  • Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.
  • Administration support for insurance claims.
  • General operational/fleet support.
  • PPE keep an accurate record of stock levels.
  • Booking accommodation for staff as required.
  • Booking and updating training records.
  • Controlling archive records.
  • Interviews Commencing 15th June 2023_

Salary:
£18,329.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sheffield, S6 1PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
