Fleet Admin Assistant
Responsible to - Office Manager
Location - Sheffield, S6 1PG
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with sending and receiving of post / parcels and distributing as necessary.
- Checking and coding incoming deliveries / invoices.
- Filing and printing as required to the correct procedure.
- Administration support for insurance claims.
- General operational/fleet support.
- PPE keep an accurate record of stock levels.
- Booking accommodation for staff as required.
- Booking and updating training records.
- Controlling archive records.
- Interviews Commencing 15th June 2023_
Salary:
£18,329.00-£21,000.00 per year

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sheffield, S6 1PG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
Language:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
