Recruitment Partner, SOCOTEC, £30,000 to £35,000, Bretby
To support our ambitious growth plans, we have a great opportunity to join our Resourcing Team here at Socotec. As the Recruitment Partner you will own and lead the recruitment and selection processes for one of our divisions.

Socotec have over 1900 UK employees, based in Bretby, our Central Services pride ourselves on partnering and support our operational divisions to deliver a world class service to our customers.

Socotec deliver a wide range of testing, inspection and certification services, all of these rely on us having specialist skilled people.

As a Recruitment Partner you will play a pivotal role in finding, engaging and hiring these people.

The main driver for your success in this role will be:

Lead and manage all recruitment activity for one of our divisions
Increase the level of direct hires through sourcing and selection, reducing agency usage
Develop innovative recruitment strategies for hard to fill roles
Reduce the time to hire
Ensure all stages of the recruitment process are carried out in line with current legislation
Promote internal development opportunities and championing the employee referral programme
Support hiring managers to enable their teams to follow best practice recruiting processes
