A new opportunity has arisen for career-focused Building Surveyor to join a well-established construction consultancy in Leeds.


The Building Surveyor role


The successful Building Surveyor will be joining a well-known consultancy with wide presence across the UK and the plan to continue to expand over the course of next year.

This is a long-term career opportunity offering exciting and diverse workload andgreat career progression.


The Building Surveyors responsibilities will include working on the design, construction, maintenance, repair and refurbishment of all projects across sectors including commercial, residential and heritage.


Alongside this, the Building Surveyor will be working closely with the team on a wide range of professional services including party wall, defect diagnosis, building regulations and contract administration.


The Building Surveyor

  • A Building Surveying Degree
  • Qualified or working towards (MRICS)
  • Project Management experience
  • Consultancy background
