K&D are currently recruiting for a number of Production Operative roles for our client based near Aylesbury.

Working Hours as a Production Operative are 6am-2pm Monday - Friday.

Do you have experience working within a factory environment?

Have you worked as a Production Operative in the past?

Has your previous experience included working with hand tools?

Essential Qualifications:
In house H&S training provided

Forklift licence desirable

Preferred Experience:
Experience of working with fibreglass is a benefit but in-house training will be provided

Experience of using hand tools would be a benefit

Experience of reading design drawings is a benefit

Job Summary - key tasks, responsibilities, authorities and accountability.

Read and understand product drawings to produce laminate components and finished goods

Load and unload product

Move product in and out of shops and yard area

Keep area clean and tidy

Wear / use appropriate PPE to comply with risk assessments

Operate / work safely and comply with company procedures especially when using / handling chemicals and equipment
