Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in Oldham.

If you are an ambitious individual who can think outside the box, be proactive in your way of working, a hard worker, enthusiastic and articulate then this could be the job for you


You will play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our business, identify and secure new business opportunities, nurture relationships with existing clients, and provide exceptional recruitment consultancy services.


The position of Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include, but not limited to:

  • Generate leads using all resources available, record information, and action immediately.
  • Identify and manage own portfolio of prospect target accounts.
  • Ensure all post placements calls are made.
  • Organise/attend/participate in team meetings & individual review meetings.
  • Meet and exceed financial targets set.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Positive, enthusiastic attitude and approach.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Genuine interest and care in providing the best support to the industry.
  • Drive to learn, develop and succeed.
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
  • Be flexible and have the ability to adapt.
  • Recruitment experience desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence desirable.
