Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find an Administrator on an initial 6 month basis.
Responsibilities:
- Processing manual credits and debits to correct amounts
- Cash allocation
- Updating account information onto a bespoke system
- Generating statements and issuing copies of invoices and proof of delivery
- Sending copy documents
- Raising credit/debit notes
- Consumption queries
- Plus any other account administration
- Have previous administration
- Be able to pick things up quickly
- Possess good Excel skills
