Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Warwickshire area to find an Administrator on an initial 6 month basis.


Responsibilities:


  • Processing manual credits and debits to correct amounts
  • Cash allocation
  • Updating account information onto a bespoke system
  • Generating statements and issuing copies of invoices and proof of delivery
  • Sending copy documents
  • Raising credit/debit notes
  • Consumption queries
  • Plus any other account administration
  • Have previous administration
  • Be able to pick things up quickly
  • Possess good Excel skills
