Administrator - Estates
£23,000 / £26,000 p/a

Hybrid working available once training is complete

Permanent and full time


Our client is a market leader in their field, and we are excited to be partnering with them to develop their Estates team You will be playing a key part in the administration of client accounts where the client has passed away.

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.


Daily duties include:

  • Handling a range of legal documents including grants of probate, wills, and letters of administration
  • Maintaining key attention to detail when processing client instructions
  • Providing high standards of support and service to all clients
  • Working closely with next of kin and instructing payments to beneficiaries
  • Undertaking Antimoney Laundering checks and all other regulatory processes
  • Responsible for reaching decisions regarding pensions

Required qualifications and skills:

  • Administration experience gained within financial services or another regulated environment
  • Experience working within Estates is desirable
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above (or equivalent)
  • Strong organisation and communication skills

Job Types:

Salary:
Up to £26,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bristol: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
