ULHT Pharmacy Aseptics have recently opened a brand new purpose-built Aseptic facility at Boole Technology Centre.We are looking for Housekeepers to play a key role in making sure all areas of the Aseptic unit are cleaned to the highest standards ready for the team to start preparation of products at 8am.
Full training on Aseptic cleaning will be provided.Interested applicants must be able to communicate effectively at all levels. Previous housekeeping experience is desirable.
We are able to offer 2 shifts as outlined below:
- 5am
- 8am (3 hours) or
You will be required for either of the above shifts at 3 hours per day totalling 15 hours per week.
You will be asked at interview to indicate which of the above shifts you are able to fulfil and which is your preference.
- Responsible for undertaking the full range of Aseptic cleaning duties, as directed, in a timely manner, ensuring working practices comply with all current policies and procedures relating to Control of Infection, COSHH and Health and Safety.
- To undertake scheduled and ad hoc duties relating to environmental cleanliness and/or appearance of the unit.
- To safely operate power driven equipment in the course of these duties; to work, safely, in the course of these duties; and to use appropriately all safety equipment and/or Personal and Protective Equipment issued for use in undertaking these duties.
- To ensure all waste generated is bagged, handled and stored correctly, at all times, in accordance with current policies.
