We are currently recruiting an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator to work for an leading developer, working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite.

New Homes Sales Negotiator Salary negotiablewith an OTE of £30,000.Working days would be either Thursday to Monday or Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5.

Experience selling off-plan residential units is ideal, having worked as a Sales Negotiator for a house builder or developer, but not essential as a people personality is more important.

Estate Agency background welcome

For this role duties will include:
Meeting and greeting customers on site
Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
Taking customers on viewings
Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
Ensuring the sales suite is presentable
Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.

Key requirements:
Have sales experience preferably selling homes
Have access to your own transport
Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
Be immaculately presented
Be available to work flexible shifts including weekends.
