Early Years Teaching Assistant - Hounslow

Do you have prior experience as a Early Years Teaching Assistant? Enthusiastic about teaching and supporting children? Live local to Hounslow?

If so, we have an amazing opportunity to join a an primary school in Hounslow who are looking for a fulltime, reliable Early Years Teaching Assistant who is confident to support primary aged pupils.

You will be supporting KS1 classes as a Early Years TeachingAssistant.

We are recruiting for a Early Years Teaching Assistant for a Primary School so recent experience working with children is essential within this role.

The school:

The school is a primary school that caters to children aged 3 years old to 11 years
The school has a specialist unit which supports children with moderate special needs and promotes inclusion across the whole school
The provides a broad and balanced curriculum is designed to support children in their futures
This school also offers a stay and learn sessions where families are invited to take part in lessons and gain insight into what goes on in the school
OFSTED 'Good' rated school

The role:

As a Early Years Teaching Assistant you be assisting with the learning of pupils
Provide 1:1 and inclass support for pupils when needed
Carry out other duties as may be reasonably requested by the class Teacher
Ensure all pupils have equal opportunities to learn and develop
Contribute towards a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

Available to work Immediately and from 8:30 to 4pm, Monday to Friday:

Need excellent verbal communication skills for motivating children to learn
Recent experience working with children in a school environment is preferred
Either live in Hounslow or within a commutable distance
