We have a fabulous opportunity to join a renowned, trusted business who are one of the UK's fastest growing law firms.
They are looking for a positive and organised person to add to their busy front of house team. You will be providing support in an administrative capacity and will demonstrate a friendly, professional nature to all visitors.You will ideally have previous front of house or reception experience. The role will be varied and exciting, with the necessity of providing excellent client service.
The main duties of this role include:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Coordinating requests for meeting rooms
- Answering calls
- General administrative duties such as archiving, photocopying, etc
- Dealing with couriers
Skills needed to fulfil this role:
- Organisation
- Well presented
- Strong typing skills
- Interpersonal skills and excellent communication
- Proactive
- Customer service skills

This is a full-time and office-based role.
Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
