IQ Talent Solutions are delighted to be working with one of our most successful clients, in supporting them with the recruitment of an End User IT Specialist position.

What duties & responsibilities the End User IT Specialist will have:

  • Manage the relationship with the User's Community of the IT Services across EMEA
  • Establish the mechanisms of engagement with the User's Community to understand firsthand the user experience regarding the usage of common IT systems
  • Detect potential weaknesses and propose improvements and new ways of working to increase the productivity and the end user satisfaction
  • Identify the best practices in some business areas and locations to spread out its usage across EMEA
What skills & experience the End User IT Specialist will need:

  • Significant experience in a similar role
  • including training and communications management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • Solid understanding of corporate and collaborative tools, with special focus, but not limited to MS365 suit
  • Operating, communicating, and presenting at whole staff levels
  • Capturing end user challenges or requests, and translating to IT solutions
  • UX / Digital Experience
  • Media tools (Adobe Premier, Adobe Illustrator, or equivalent)
