Our Payroll Lead will help to process the accurate Payroll and administration each month.How will you do this?
Joining our busy Payroll team, you will ensure the effective payroll processing is completed and in time with Atlanta's SLA's.
You will also be responsible for the processing of payroll administration for the current month's pay-run including the setting up of new Starters and calculating leavers.
To provide copy payslips, financial references and statement of earnings for both ex and current employees and to manage long-term-sickness sick pay in accordance with our T&C's, along with the calculation of SSP.
To manage Maternity, Paternity and Adoption Leave in according with our T&C's, along with any Statutory calculations whilst answering any which are payroll related in order to resolve any payroll discrepancies.
To ensure the calculation of PAYE liabilities are in accordance with HMRC legislation whilst ensuring the calculation of Pension liabilities are in accordance with legislation and uploaded to the Pension provider in a timely manner.
Ensuring that net wages are uploaded into our banking systems by their required deadlines and that attachment payments to local government bodies are made in a timely manner.
With your experience in a Payroll function you will have strong written and communication skills; you will have the ability to manage your time and the others effectively.
