We're the world's first prison-based coffee company. We provide professional coffee industry training, both inside and outside of prison with direct pathways to long-term employment.

We're looking for passionate Coffee Shop Supervisors to help operate our cafes and inspire and motivate our teams as we continue to grow our amazing business and our people.

We welcome those with previous experience as a Cafe Supervisor or Senior Barista in a similar type of business.

Responsibilities include:

• Making sure your team are serving absolutely superb coffee espresso, filter and pourover, every time;
• Supporting your Cafe Management team to drive the cafe performance and deliver amazing results;
• Constantly inspiring & developing your team to be the best they can be, keeping expectations & standards high;
• Confidently running shifts and working closely with your Cafe Management team, inspiring the team to go the extra mile for our customers;
• Ensuring the daytoday basic practices of the cafe are maintained at all times including coffee quality, food quality, customer experience, health & safety and food hygiene & allergen practices;
