What's the purpose of role:
Your role as a Senior Recruitment Co-ordinator is to act as the key point of contact for the recruitment and onboarding process for the South region.
You will be responsible in supporting with implementing a recruitment strategy which is tailored to thegeographical differences at each site.
Sitting within our fast-paced HR team you will be responsible for the liaison with functional managers and your role is pivotal to the smooth running of our continuous recruitment process within the South.

Internal:
Operations and Functional Managers, HR Team, Payroll Team
What you'll be doing:
- Sourcing and attending Job Fairs within your region
- Take ownership of induction numbers at each site whilst escalating any causes of concern
- Liaising with operations and functional managers across the business to manage expectations and queries whilst providing daily, weekly, and monthly updates for recruitment in your region
- Collating management information (MI) on a weekly, monthly basis and reporting on your findings
- Analysing recruitment data, reporting on key trends, and highlighting predictions which will enable you to forecast activity
- Delivering an exceptional recruitment service to the business looking at continuous improvement of our recruitment methods and innovation in our attraction techniques
- Monitor market trends and keep up to date with key events which could help drive key roles in the business
- Manage the relationship with your direct reports and business partners to ensure standards and deadlines are being met
- Adhere to strict Civil Aviation Authority and UK Visa and Immigration preemployment requirements

What you'll have:
- 12 months experience working within a similar role
- Confidence in dealing with large complex sets of data
- Flexibility to travel to each of our sites within the South region Resilience and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Prior experience of using an applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Experience in Aviation Sector is desired but not essential
