Technical Business Analyst (OTC Equities Trading) London / WFH to £120k
Are you a tech savvy Business Analyst looking for an opportunity to progress your career, working on complex and interesting technical projects?

You could be joining a global Hedge Fund.


As a Technical Business Analyst you will analyse and evaluate customer requirements and oversee the solutions' development and customer implementation, acting as the interface between the end user (front office traders), software development, QA, supportand infrastructure teams.


Responsibilities will include requirements gathering and analysis to design end-to-end solutions, propose implementation options and provide evaluations, you'll accurately determine, track and manage project tasks and activities; liaising with traders tounderstand their needs.

You'll manage multiple concurrent projects and lead cross functional project teams throughout the full development lifecycle in a pivotal role.


WFH Policy:


You'll be based in modern, open plan offices with all the latest kit and 360 views of the City, with flexibility to work from home one day a week.


Requirements:


  • You're degree educated in Computer Science, Engineering or Finance and have previous software development experience
  • You have experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Project Manager with the ability to document complex workflows and processes
  • You have experience with Front Office trading environments, with a good knowledge of financial products: OTC, Equities / Derivatives preferred
  • You have a strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies and best practice; you're able to hold your own in technical discussions
  • You have excellent communication skills and can facilitate communication between stakeholders
  • You have a good understanding of Agile methodologies
  • You have advanced organisation and prioritisation skills with meticulous attention to detail
