What you will be doing:


  • Work effectively with the Employer relationship Manager to effectively assist and ensure the MCR project deliverables are met.
  • Be responsible for supporting effective Onboarding delivery and enable efficiencies and improvements for the Clients.
  • Work closely with the Projects team, key stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Handle an influx of both inbound & outbound calls in relation to the project & onboarding tasks you will be working on.
  • You will be the main point of contact for both new and existing clients within the project sphere; both maintaining the relationships and helping to onboard new clientele.
  • Conduct regular reviews of the new employer onboarding process, including feedback from employers and colleagues to drive efficiency and ensure Employer outcome measure percentage targets are met.
  • Support the Employer Relationship Manager, by taking notes, providing minutes and managing chat function for Stakeholder, Employer, Member & client meetings/events as required.
  • Train & align yourselves with the wider team and other dependent business partners ensuring optimum project aligned tasks & Implementation processes are followed.
  • Updating CRM accurately & supporting with any MI requirements.
  • Demonstrate strategic knowledge of the clients on the project what their business objectives are, key issues, onboarding delivery targets etc & to display a genuine interest in their business, have meaningful conversations and deliver appropriate solutions.

What we are looking for:


  • Successful track record in building relationships with key stakeholders, senior leadership & Clients.
  • A willingness to receive direction and respond positively to constructive feedback.
  • Experience in administration roles related to Pensions, with the ability to develop and execute project related tasks.
  • Experience within a customer service environment and KPI's related to both inbound/outbound calls.
  • Strong customer focus & a good telephone manner.
  • Skilled in the use of MS office products (e.g. word, excel etc), as well as MI packages.
