Key Care & Support, The leading Nurse owned agency providing health and social care in the North West are recruiting a Support Worker to support Jack, a Male teenager with Muscular Dystrophy in his family home in Sale.

Your role would be offering full support to Jack from approximately 4pm-10pm on a Friday evening.

Jack, like a lot of teenagers is a keen gamer and would love the opportunity to spend time with another gamer on his PS4.

Along with gaming, Jack enjoys listeningto pop music and enjoys Karaoke.

You would prepare Jacks' evening meal, provide personal care, peg feeding ( full training would be given ) and providing company for him throughout the evening.

This role would suit someone who has the same interests as Jack and can commit to Friday evenings to offer continuity.

We will offer you Hourly rates of £10.50- £21.00

What we need from you is:
A genuine passion for caring and supporting people

Experience working with teenagers

A minimum of 6 months Care experience in the UK
