Pay Rate £28,000 £40,000
The role will involve leading teams and ensuring that jobs are completed to specification, to a high standard and efficient manner.
Lead and assist with management of employees of the business.
Ownership of all procedures, systems, and controls in ensuring the smooth running of the business. Improve business efficiency and ensure all customer commitments are met.
To carry out all aspects of tree works using the appropriate machinery and equipment, to the current industry standards in accordance with the needs of particular tree species and their associated environments.
To maintain allocated equipment, e.g., basic hand tools, ropes and harnesses, power tools, personal protective equipment etc. ensuring all safety checks are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures.
Ensure customers are satisfied with the service provided and that regular feedback is obtained, maintain oversight for accounts receivable.
Ensure a robust H&S ethos in the Business with a safe working environment. Support winning of new customers and improving sales from existing customers.
Safely operate chainsaws, chippers, stump grinders, and other equipment as needed on job site.

About You:

CS30, 31, 38, 39 or equivalent
CSCS
MEWP
First Aid
Safe use of Woodchipper and safe use of Stump Grinder certifications would be an advantage, but training will be given to the right applicant
High work ethic & team player
Punctual & reliable
