Description
A multi service specialist personal injury law firm in Liverpool are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Serious Injury/Catastrophic Injury department.
You will be working with a pool of secretaries to support fee earners withaudio typing and the preparation of documents and correspondence.
Previous legal secretarial experience including working on litigated cases is essential for this role, the use of Proclaim would be advantage but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Full time, office based
- Salary depending on experience but up to £24,000

Duties to include::
- Preparing correspondence and documents via digital dictation
- Photocopying and scanning documents
- Make appointments, arrange meetings and liaise with lawyers, clients, Counsel and others
- Make and receive calls to clients and others in a professional and friendly manner
- Supporting other secretaries and the administration team as required
