The Role

We are looking to recruit experienced permanent mobile operatives based out of our Rugby site who will be prepared to spend most of your weeks traveling the country to participate in major industrial services projects and shutdowns.

The role is full time, 40 hours per week, with regular overtime opportunities.

You will be working as part of a team carrying out various industrial cleaning tasks including high pressure water jetting, working with vacuumation vehicles, confined space working, tank cleaning, site clearance and spill response.

This is a physical role involving manual handling and working outdoors as well as in confined spaces.

We offer a competitive rate of pay with time and a half for weekday and Saturday overtime and double time on Sunday and bank holidays, when working away accommodation and subsistence will be paid, a 6-monthly bonus scheme, company pension along with 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays and 4x salary death in service benefit.

About You
You must be hardworking and not afraid of working outdoors, at height or in confined spaces.

Due to the hazards of working in such environments we have a strict safety policy and you must be the sort of person who will contribute to our safety culture.

You will be working on customer sites and you need to be a good ambassador for the company ensuring the customer experience is a positive one.
