Duties:
- Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through product and service offerings
- Actively engage customers to identify their needs, recommend products/services, and assist in closing sales
- Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering longterm relationships
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services or products
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
Salary:
From £23,424.21 per year
