Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales success? Join our team as a Customer Service Advisor and play a key role in assisting customers with their needs while contributing to our sales objectives.


Duties:


  • Provide personalized assistance to customers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through product and service offerings
  • Actively engage customers to identify their needs, recommend products/services, and assist in closing sales
  • Build rapport with customers, ensuring a positive experience and fostering longterm relationships
  • Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate financial services or products
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address customer concerns and ensure a seamless customer experience

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information to customers
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
  • Excellent problemsolving skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment

Salary:
From £23,424.21 per year
