Description

Our client is a small to medium-sized enterprise (SME) and c, provides a wide range of professional graphic design facilities, signage, and vehicle livery products, and have recently added two divisions providing branded workwear and temporary signage forexample banners and flags.


They are looking for a Customer Engagement Advisor to join their sales team, working in a fast-paced office environment with the opportunity to work alongside all departments in the organisation.


Responsibilities

  • Dealing with enquiries and working with clients to deliver their requirements.
  • You will be using your initiative to keep in contact with clients, and ensuring they are happy
  • Your job will be to maintain customer engagement and work with the rest of the team to produce an end product that fulfils the clients needs.
  • You will be keeping a relationship with clients, so they come back to use the company again.
