Our client, a successful and well-established business in the horticultural sector is seeking a
Supply Chain Administrator
to join their team.


The primary function of the Supply Chain Admin role is to support the administration of our client's suppliers for all horticultural products sold in the UK, building strong working relationships and working closely with the Business Unit Managers and theSupply Chain team.


Tasks for the Supply Chain Administrator to include:

  • Set up products, placing purchase orders, stock control, dealing with production issues including delays and shortages, investigating issues at delivery.
  • Liaise with transport and collation regarding delivery details and pick up arrangements.
  • Ensure certification is upheld and legislative requirements are met for each supplier.
  • Communicate quality issues to the customer services department.
  • To work within the Supply Chain team and provide support where and when needed.


This role will involve communicating with our clients Suppliers, horticultural site teams, Business Unit Managers, Sales Team, Master Data, Customer Services, Transport and other internal departments.
