VAT Analyst

Location:
Manchester or London


Length:6 months


Rate:
£ per day (inside IR35)


Hours:9am-6pm


Responsibilities:


  • Experience of reconciling VAT accounts to GL balances would be beneficial but not essential.
  • VAT returns include businesses that sell goods and services, including electronic services B2C and B2C, domestic and cross border.
  • The role requires balancing a number of different returns, thinking outside the box and proactive solving issues in preparation of VAT returns and dealing with large data.

Skills:

Minimum 2 years' experience working in VAT, preparing and submitting VAT returns and associated filings. Experience with EU VAT rules and concepts.
Experience with working in Excel
