Bassetlaw Urgent community response ( UCR) team are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team in a Community Rehabilitation Assistant role.

Our service offers hospital, at home and intensive rehabilitation services to people requiring sub-acute care and physical rehabilitation to prevent hospital admission.

Our team consists of Clinical Assessors, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Assistant Practitioners and Community Rehabilitation Assistant providing nursing and rehabilitation support for adults to enable them to improve their function, maintain their independence and achieve their goals.

Full time or part time would be considered
