Key Responsibilities:


  • Building and maintaining a network of qualified educators and educational institutions.
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their staffing requirements and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Staying updated on industry trends, market demands, and changes in education policies to provide informed consultation.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred)
  • Experience in recruitment, with a focus on education or related fields; or a similar salesfocused environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with education systems, policies, and certification requirements.

£22,000.00-£27,500.00 per year
