Croydon is a recently acquired contract and we have a number of exciting vacancies that will shape the service for years to come.

This is an opportunity make a genuine difference in people's lives and the community that surrounds them.

Responsibilities:

Every day is different, with a diverse mix of people using our services. We treat everyone as an individual, so being flexible, curious and a good listener are your key skills.


We need to record information about what we do, so enjoying a bit of admin work and attention to detail is important, but most of the time you'll be enjoying working with people from all backgrounds, making a difference to their lives.


You will have excellent engagement skills, be committed to high quality service provision and the active involvement of service users.

You will have some training of relevance and desirable experience when it comes to addressing substance misuse issues.

You will be required to work flexibly as required and work openly to maintain the most appropriate level of service provision.
