Full-time Customer Service / Office Administrator - FRENCH OR GERMAN SPEAKER:

  • Based in
    South Lanarkshire

Working hours: 7.30 am pm or 8 am pm Monday to Friday - Part time Hybrid working after the initial training period (optional)
Our client, an international market leader, requires a full time
Bi-lingual Customer Service Advisor to cover their UK markets. The role will be to proactively manage customer relationships, helping to retain and grow the customer base by providing an efficient and effective range of customer service skills and working on special calling initiatives


Key Duties & responsibilities:


  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays in delivery, late delivery time frame, return of goods and/or faulty products etc.
  • Follow up of payments and reminders applicable only to Continental Europe.
  • Liaise with technical dept to ensure the customer needs are met.
  • Liaise with and provide internal support to external sales team and other departments with the company.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer account records.
  • Undertake any other duties thought appropriate to maintain a consistently high standard of work.
  • Future requirements for Europe live chat & web.

Essential Requirements:


  • Must be fluent in
    French OR German at native level and fluent in English (written & verbal) to business level.
  • To be commercially aware and enjoy building rapport with customers.
  • Provide an exceptionally high level of customer service.
  • Excellent communication, organisational & teamworking skills, willing to do what is expected with a positive attitude.
  • Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise, multitask whilst retaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • To be a fast learner, computer literate & proficient in written communication.
  • Must be cooperative, agreeable, and sympathetic listener who gets along with others and enjoys being helpful to them.
