Sale Support Team Member - Priority Progress
WEST LONDON - Office Based Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
Salary £22,500 + office bonus up to £2000 per annum, Pay rise annually, 22 Days holiday (excl. bank holidays) + Company pension Scheme + Parking
A great opportunity has arisen for a Sales Support Member to join a small and friendly team.
You will be working for a leading, successful packaging manufacturer and online retailer who are proud of their excellent customer service.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaising within the sales department and with other departments
- Obtaining proof of deliveries and solving delivery issues
- Liaising with manufacturing for delivery dates
- Copy Invoices/credit notes
- Monitoring inboxes
- Raising return requests
- Entering replacement orders
- Training will be provided
REQUIREMENTS
- Good team player will be a member of the sales support team and work within the sales department.
- Good Organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Multitasking
- Word and Excel Experience
- Customer Service Experience
- Experience (preferred) of dealing with carriers tracking and obtaining proof of delivery
- General Admin duties
