What will you do?


Currently we are recruiting for a Leasing Associate for our BTR building Park Central East that provides luxury apartments located in Elephant & Castle, with amazing amenities and 384 beautiful homes, which includes a 24hour gym, residents lounge, games room, and more.

Our Leasing Associates support hundreds of individuals, couples and families find their perfect home.

We are looking for a self-starter that has a passion for selling and can offer our residents an exceptional customer service experience throughout all property operations; as the customer is always at the heart of what we do.


This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to build upon their career in one of the fastest-growing property trends within the U.K, Build to Rent, which offers our residents a streamlined experience with exceptional high-quality and professional residential services.


What you will bring:

  • A customer centred approach; proven ability to adapt style and approach to different audiences and situations
  • A professional and courteous attitude with residents and peers, attending to resident concerns, complaints, or inquiries; responding to all feedback from customers with corrective action.
  • Implement a professional and courteous attitude throughout all property operations.
  • Conduct thorough movein orientation and apartment inspection with new residents.

What you will have:

  • Previous work in property management experience is desirable/ ability to sell and promote the property and/or prior customer service experience either in hospitality or retail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills.
  • Strong customer service representation.
