Reporting to the Service Manager, you will join our Service UK team in the Northeast of Scotland working in support of our offshore wind farms.
Your role will involve supporting the operational site team with maintenance and materials planning, documentation management, service scheduling, and facilitation of our ERP operating system.
Responsibilities:
- Supervising, and coordinating site resource and technical planning
- Initiating procurement demands for current & future works
- Planning of resources for annual inspections, servicing, maintenance & upgrades
- Utilizing the Vestas ERP system (SAP) to create, forecast, and maintain service orders
- Raising NCRs, quality cases, and learning opportunities
- Reviewing, and approving work orders, material consumptions, and reports
- Assisting with technical faultfinding and resolution plans
Qualifications
- Professional experience with technical systems, for instance having worked in the offshore industry
- Previous involvement in technical or operational maintenance planning is expected.
- Electrical/Mechanical/Marine Engineering
- NVQ L4 / HNC / HND / Degree / C&G technical
- Good English skills both oral and in writing
- IT skills (preferred: SAP, Dynamics, Oracle, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Full driver's license
