Salary £20,000 - £26,000 dependent on exp
Hours:
Monday - Friday
A full driving licence and access to your own car is essential due to the location of the company.
Based Kimpton
Our client was established in 2000 and has experience of working across a range of industry sectors. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Administrator to join a growing and successful company.
Responsibilities:
Operations Administrator
- Processing customer orders: liaising with the sales team, suppliers, and distributors, obtaining the best possible purchase price. In addition to providing daily updates on all outstanding orders.
- Use of manufacturers' portals: to ensure the best prices are obtained along with extending price guarantees.
- Shipping goods: liaising with logistics partners and customers; chasing goods shipped directly from distribution to customers. This should include shipping information, proof of delivery, and product serial numbers as well as processing returns where necessary. Shipping goods from own warehouse and receiving goods will also be required.
- Providing support across the whole team where required
- Answering telephone calls: transferring calls, taking messages, etc.
- Additionally, other general office duties.

- Personable and confident in dealing with customers and suppliers.
- A positive "can do" attitude.
- Driven, able to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Enjoy taking on responsibility.

- Excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Good computer skills and competent user of Microsoft Office.
