Responsibilities
As an Assurance Coordinator you will be working within Kier Design Services assisting the Technology Project Manager and Design Assurance Lead with the completion of technology team financial governance, monthly cost value and reconciliation process.
You will also assist with any updates required on the integrated management system to ensure accuracy on current financial situations and resource utilisation.
Your day to day will include:
- Support the Design Assurance Lead with the completion of financial updates and reports
- Assist scheme leads and provide them with the end of scheme monthly financial reports
- Assist with completion of the cost value reconciliation process monthly and attend meetings with management to discuss progress/budget on our projects
- Attend weekly/biweekly meetings with the project management, to provide an update on the financial situation of current schemes
- Work with all other of the business to deliver engineering design and transitional activities which are best value from projects to its customers

- Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within the construction sector
- Effective and confident communication, professional in approach and presentation, with the ability to build relationships and interact effectively with business and client stakeholders at all levels
