About the Role:

Due to business growth, we have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Compliance and Onboarding Lead to join our in-house recruitment team on a permanent basis.

This role will be hybrid working, with your time shared between home-working and at our Hub in Warwick.

You'll be part of a small, but friendly recruitment team that manages end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles.

The overall responsibility of this role is to support the Recruitment Manager in leading all aspects of compliance and on-boarding for new employees and manage our day to day relationship with our third party suppliers.

Your priority will be to ensure that our new hires have a great onboarding experience, hiring managers are kept up-to-date with their new hires checks, and all new starters achieve 100% compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Issue employees requiring visa sponsorship with certificates of sponsorship
Oversee compliance of all new employees: identity verification, right to work in the UK, references, DBS clearance and visa sponsorship.

Required Skills and Experience:

It is essential that you have the following:

2 years minimum experience in a healthcare recruitment compliance role
Understanding of recruitment regulatory requirements, particularly DBS, CQC and UKVI
Able to coach junior team members
An effective communicator
You'll be well organised, and able to prioritise work based on urgency
