Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

100% Remote

Complete Flexibility around the amount of hours you work, your working patterns and the type of matters you take on.
**Fee share but no following or BD needed - All work fed through from firm.
£100k + minimum for a full time role.**I am recruiting for a tremendous opportunity to join this highly ranked Legal 500 practice and work on an entirely remote basis whilst dictating your own working pattern.

The minimum requirement PQE for this role is 10 Years PQE and you will need to have gained experience of working as part of a Legal 500 listed Real Estate team as you will be dealing with blue chip organisations, global clients, Top 10 law firms and householdnames from across the private & public sectors.

Whilst this is a fee share model, it is unlike any other fee share in the market as you do not need to bring any work whatsoever, as all work is fed through for you and you do not need to deal with any business development or work generation.

You will be chargingout at London rates and taking home up to 50% of your fees

There is zero non-chargeable, zero admin and zero business development to deal with, so you can focus solely on fee earning and earning money for yourself.

If you work traditional hours (40 hours per week) then your annual income will range between £110,000- £150,000.
On top of this you will have complete flexibility of the matters you work on and your working patterns.
