BAND 3

Full time 37.5 hours, Permanent Post.

Seven day service,


We are currently looking for an experienced, confident and enthusiastic Rehabilitation Assistant to join our newly developed Home First service.


The Rehabilitation Assistant will support the qualified professionals and contribute to the assessment, implementation and delivery of care within patient's homes as part of the Specialist Falls Service.
