How you'll change it up
As our Regional Scheduling Lead, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining programme and project schedules to ensure that they are effectively planned, tracked and monitored, ultimately helping CityFibre to meet its objectives.
- Working alongside the wider project team to develop and update an integrated build plan and schedule
- Undertaking due diligence to ensure that Build Partner and internal programme plans are credible and meet CityFibre standards
- Integrating and updating activities into the programme schedule tools
- Carrying out schedule analysis recommending alternative schedule improvements
- Preparing, coordinating and directing planning and scheduling presentations to the programme team, regional stakeholders and management
What you'll bring to the role
You'll have strong experience in project controls, with a specific skill set in planning and scheduling for large, complex projects.
You'll also bring the following with you:
- Experience using Microsoft Project MSP
- Ability to flexibly respond to urgent project requests and changing priorities
- Ability to create, manage and deconflict integrated delivery programmes
- Experience in directing planning and scheduling functions
- Valid UK driving license
