About the role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Assistant, to join our successful West End team.
Based in our Glasgow West End office, you'll directly assist the Managing Partner with all administrative and systems-based tasks along the sales journey, including diary management and typing up brochure text and valuation letters.
It's more than a back office role, as you'll also professionally communicate with buyers and sellers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is delivered at all times.
About you:
As well as being customer-focused, you'll demonstrate strong skills in collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and planning & organising.
Bringing a positive mindset to everything you do; you'll strive to go above and beyond and be self-motivated to deliver great service to colleagues, buyers and sellers.
You may already be working in a sales/property environment or have transferable skills to kick-start your career in the property market.
Key requirements:
- Demonstrable administration experience, ideally in a sales or property environment
- Excellent attention to detail methodical and accurate with the use of systems
- Confident using social media platforms
- Professional phone manner
- Proficient in the use of IT systems including MS Teams, Word, Excel & Outlook
- Driving licence (desirable)
