We are looking for proactive and hardworking individuals to be the core of our expanding Retention Hub.

If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities and a diverse workload this may be the role for you.

You will be fundamental in providing support to all staff throughout their career journey. This is an integral role ensuring we provide the best possible service to our organisation.

You will be responsible for providing an overall Retention service to the Trust, including being the first point of contact for staff who are considering leaving the Trust, where you will provide guidance and influence in retaining them.

The role can be based at either Colchester or Ipswich (cross site working will be required).

Interviews will likely be held between 13th and 20th July 2023.
