The Active Group are recruiting for a talent advisor for an immediate start based in Weybridge Surrey KT13.

Job Title: Talent Advisor
Shift times (days and hours): Monday
Friday: 9:00 5:30 core hours (some flexibility)
Start date: Asap
End date: 6 months possible temp to perm
Payrate £15.83 p/h
Address : Weybridge some travel to canary wharf
Hybrid working between home and office (office is available 5 days if preferred)

Job description:

Supporting across Talent development and Employability (grads/ apprentices)
Data analysis and reporting across talent management, grads and apprentices
Data cleansing on Performance System
Shared mailbox support
Internal website development
Supporting and facilitating graduate assessment centres customer facing environment
Managing training provider relationships and apprenticeship nominations across the business
General administration
Working with confidential data

Requirements:

-
Experience within a Talent Management/ Early Talent (grads/apprentices) environment

MS skills

Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint

Internal/ External stakeholder management

Experience with performance/ people systems

Confident communicator

Good attention to detail
-
Confident to work independently as well as in a team

Job Types:
